If you are asking generically about the near future, I don't think so. In the longer term, if and when we have a truly international World Series, then perhaps the networks will get interested.
Specifically speaking, you can get TV Japan http://www.tvjapan.net/eng/index_e.asp on Dish Network for $200 installation of an international dish and $25/month. They broadcast one or two games a week. If you are interested in a particular team you are at the mercy of their programming http://www.tvjapan.net/program/E2%203-04.pdf.
If they do have a game you want to watch, another alternative is to find a restaraunt or hotel that subscibes to TV Japan and buy a meal or a night out.
For those of us here in the US, TV Japan is a Godsend. My wife (Japanese) and I (a round-eye) watch it more than we do American TV.
I'd like to point out one tiny error in your post. The cost for TV Japan is actually $30/month. It's $25 for TV Japan itself but DishNetwork adds a $5 fee. And if you shop around, you can get some deals better than the $200 installation. In fact, TV Japan paid for ours. It was previously carried by a different satellite provider, but TV Japan changed to Dish Network and paid all expenses for the conversion.
If you decide to subscribe to it, be aware that you will not be able to get other Dish Network programming because it requires a separate dish. But you can have fun watching some other foreign channels via the TV Japan receiver.
This season (2005), thus far, I believe there has been one pro game plus the semi-finals and the final of the summer high schoopl tournament from Koshien.

Yet another alternative is to track any game you want, live through Yahoo Japan, http://babelfish.altavista.com/babelfish/urltrurl?lp=ja_en&url=http%3A%2F%2Fsports.yahoo.co.jp%2Fbaseball%2Flive.html.
